The Garrettsville Summerfest Committee is proud to announce open call auditions for Garrettsville Idol on April 22nd at the Iva L. Walker Auditorium in Garfield High School.
All contestants must be prepared to sing without music during the audition round. Any accepted entries must be prepared to sing a complete song for both the Semi-Finals Show on May 20, and Finals Show on June 24.
There are 3 age categories:
- Youth (8 years old - 12 years old) - Auditions at 1:00 PM
- Teen (13 years old - 17 years old) - Audition at 1:00 PM
- Adult (18 years old & up) - Audition at 2:00 PM
Cash Prizes for the winners of the 2018 Garrettsville Idol competition total $2000.00 between the three divisions ($1000 for Adult winner; $500 each for Teen & Youth winners).
There is no fee to compete in this contest.
